Digital Account Manager

Finn Digital is seeking applications for a Digital Account Manager who will be responsible for developing a "client roadmap" (objectives and strategy), day-to-day implementation, defining user experience goals, guiding content development and online posting, as well as measurement and reporting for key clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for digital marketing strategy and tactics. Experience with social networking tools or search marketing a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key clients.
  • Develop visions for end-customer experiences that achieve client goals.
  • Managing, monitoring and planning engagement through social media.
  • Develop campaigns that leverage interactive and social media to initiate business and brand conversations.
  • Develop new ideas for key clients to leverage existing assets and capabilities to achieve business objectives
  • Define and track performance metrics on campaigns and provide reporting.
  • Research and present recommendations for emerging marketing technologies.
  • Periodically engage in manipulating photo and video content. Ability to edit graphics and video is a plus.
  • Occasional varied hours to meet client requirements and opportunities.
