Job Overview
Finn Digital is seeking web development interns. If you want to hone your skills to produce high quality, interactive web applications for clients, submit your resume and work samples for consideration to join our team as a web development intern.

Job Description
You'll be responsible for learning new skills quickly while participating in several different web and interactive projects at the same time. As a functional part of both small and large teams, you'll actively participate with project managers, designers and developers in nearly every element of the full project cycle.

Job Qualifications
Required Knowledge:

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated
• HTML/CSS Programming
• Web standards and best practices
• Basic understanding of coding structure, procedures and logic
• Experience with image editing tools (Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Problem-solving skills

Preferred Skillset:

• Experience with Visual Studio and .NET
• Experience with Adobe Flash/Flex and Actionscript
• Javascript
• Integrating front-end templates with back-end functionality
• Knowledge with database-driven sites

High motivation to learn and a willingness to jump right in will set you apart from the crowd.
