Koelbel and Company, a full service development company located in Colorado, was looking for a more personal, updated web presence for their Rendezvous Colorado website. As part of the redesign effort, Finn Digital created a filtered search for available properties that allows home seekers to search by the criteria that’s most important to them. Property detail pages showcase the beautiful homes and allow users to view photos, floor plans and property specs. Additional website enhancements include the integration of a newsletter sign-up form, links to social media profiles, and the addition of Flickr photo libraries and YouTube videos. Existing Rendezvous community members have access to a private member forum on the backend where they can access community specific news and updates.
